One of the most topical issues engaging the Australian business community is the challenges we face due to Australia's current economic times.

To help employers remain competitive and maintain strong business growth both Government and industry have responded with the development of numerous Federal, State and Territory Government Funded employer Innovation payments and Initiative programs

In addition, to encourage employers and employees to engage with and align their organisational development initiatives, all Governments in Australia, i.e. Federal, State and Territory, support Government incentive programs including the provision of attractive financial incentives in the form of skills funding, grants and vouchers.

As a result, every year many hundreds of millions of dollars are made available by Government as financial Incentives and Innovation payments to employers to assist offset their investment in organisational development.

  • National programmes cover over 500 vocations and 2000 programs and touches on all aspect of business. For example; Sales, Retail & Wholesale Operations, Production, Competitive Manufacturing, Warehouse & Logistics, Customer Service, Administration, IT & other Technologies, OH&S and so on
  • Outcomes apply not only to "hard" technical skills but also measurable competencies in so called "soft" skills, eg leadership, team work, addressing workplace disparities and culture, etc
  • Participating employees are awarded nationally recognised qualifications based on industry benchmarked enabling, amongst other things, employer codification of their human capital asset
  • Project based results and outcomes being applied immediately to the workplace
  • Selected programmes can also be contextualised (i.e. not off-the-shelf) to align with employer objectives to enhance both organisational and employee performance
  • Flexible delivery modes are available to maximise learning outcomes and minimise workplace disruption on or off job and project based
  • Engagement provides demonstrable Employer of Choice initiatives in support of improved workplace culture, recruitment and retention strategies
  • Participating employers can offset their investment in national organisational development and measurable improvements through the use of attractive Government financial Incentives and Innovation payments
